Setting up laboratories for clinical testing using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS): Requirements, challenges and current trends in developing NGS tests for clinical applications.

NGS has evolved very rapidly and is now used for molecular testing in clinical laboratories. Many academics and industry participants are interested in setting up laboratories to perform clinical testing using this powerful technology which offers many exciting opportunities for use in clinical testing.
