Jing Chen

Dr. Jing Chen has accumulated over 27 years of experience in research and development in the fields of MEMS, Microfluidics, and Manufacturing Engineering. He earned his PhD in Microelectronics from Tsinghua University in 2002 and subsequently held the position of a research fellow at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. His career includes a sixteen-year tenure as a professor at Peking University, during which he made significant contributions to the academic world. He is the author and co-author of 6 books and has published more than 180 internationally recognized papers. Dr. Chen's innovative work has led him to hold over 100 patents. In 2014, Dr. Chen founded HiComp, a pioneering company specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-quality microfluidic and lab-on-a-chip products for various industries, including clinical diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and environmental monitoring.
