Explore Pall ForteBio’s label-free, plate-based biosensor at a live demo and see how innovative technology and straightforward software solutions bring a whole new experience to your lab!
This course will begin with an introduction to Biolayer Interferometry (BLI) which allows for high-throughput in process quantitation and molecular characterization of crude and unpurified samples in real-time. During the demo the preparation and installation of the system, biosensors and reagents will be demonstrated. You will also learn how the assay is run and how the data is analyzed.
Discover recent advances, e.g. a highly sensitive assay format combining BLI with ELISA-type signal enhancement methods, addressing the growing demand and requirements for characterizing biomolecular interactions in upstream and downstream applications.
Who Should Attend
- Protein Biochemists
- Scientists with concerned with molecular interaction analysis
