Maarten Dobbelaere,
PhD Candidate
Maarten Dobbelaere graduated as master of science in chemical engineering in 2020 at Ghent University. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the same university, supervised by prof. Kevin Van Geem and prof. Christian Stevens, and funded by a personal strategic-basic research scholarship of the Research Fund – Flanders (FWO). His research focuses on the prediction of suitable reaction conditions for organic syntheses in flow, using artificial intelligence.
