Technology Manager
Dr Shahab Uddin is working as Technology Manager at C-CAMP’s screening facility from past four years. The facility is hub for HTS and HCI platforms, which is unique in India. They help both academic and industry users to develop assays in various formats and read outs. The facility also undertakes both chemical and genetic screens to identify hits and leads. Dr Uddin obtained his PhD Degree from Kuvempu University, Karnataka India. His PhD was on identifying anti-cancerous DNA intercalative molecules. He pursued his Post doctoral Fellowship at IISc, India. Dr Shahab Uddin was also a lead invitro biologist involved in developing assays for LTS, MTS and HTS modes for different drug targets at Jubilant Biosys.
