Zsuzsanna Ament,
Investigator Scientist
Zsuzsanna Ament is an Investigator Scientist at the Elsie Widdowson Laboratory which is part of the Medical Research Council (MRC). Trained initially as a chemist, she transitioned to biochemistry and medical biochemistry completing her PhD in 2014 as a member of the Cambridge Systems Biology Centre at the University of Cambridge. The principal aim of her current research is to guide novel metabolic therapeutic strategies by developing high-throughput metabolomics methods applied to various models of cardiomyopathy.
