Mr Shailesh Damale is a thorough professional with 13 years experience in Research and Development (Analytical Method Development), Quality Control, Assurance in pharmaceutical industry and Customer Support. Mr Damale has Expertise in carrying out projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance; evaluating project progress with adequate corrective actions. He demonstrated competence in executing a wide gamut of research functions viz. Developing faster analytical methods, Generating analytical development reports, Developing different applications on LCMS. Currently, Mr Damale is working in Shimadzu Analytical India Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai (Since Aug 2012) as Asst. Manager- Customer support center. His role in this position is to Steer a group of 5 application chemists who are having different market expertise. His primary role is to oversee the pan India application support in LC and LCMS across the all application field. His key achievements are development of cost effective diagnostic application for steroids in human blood serum. He has many publications to his credit and presented many Posters at National and International Conferences.
