Michael Wong,
Researcher, Faculty of Health Sciences
Michael completed his BSc and MSc in Physiology and Pharmacology at Western University where he was recognized with the Best New Investigator Award, Graduate Student-of-the-Year, and top thesis submission. Michael is currently completing his PhD in Medical Sciences at McMaster University where he holds the Vanier Scholarship. Outside of the lab, he is passionate about cultivating Canada’s health sciences innovation and biotech sector, and thus founded an initiative known as Industry Link to better connect the gap from academia to industry.
