Manon Boul's Biography

Manon Boul, PhD Student

I am a first-year PhD and I am currently working on the design of a microfluidic device mimicking liver functions at ENS Paris Saclay and Paul Brousse Hospital (INSERM). This project belongs to iLiTe (Innovations for Innovations Liver Tissue Engineering), a Research Hospital University project funded by the French investment for the future, which aims at integrating macro and micro tissue engineering knowledge, innovations in in vitro and in solico methods, to improve and propose solutions in liver therapy. I obtained a master of science in General Engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris and a master of research in Chemical Biology at Imperial College London. My master thesis and end-of-study internship focused on the design of nanoparticles for drug delivery and radiotherapy improvement purposes.
