Srimeenakshi Srinivasan,
Research Fellow
Srimeenakshi Srinivasan is a Fellow at the UC San Diego. During her graduate research in the laboratory of Dr. Mauro Ferrari, at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston, she developed targeted microparticles for the delivery of chemotherapeutics to breast cancer. She is currently conducting her research under the guidance of Dr. Louise Laurent in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at UC San Diego. Her research work involves developing and testing exRNA isolation and small RNA-Seq protocols, and identifying biomarkers for various pregnancy related disorders including preeclampsia and accreta.
