Andrew Lee,
Director of 3D Bioprinting
Dr. Lee is currently the Director of 3D Bioprinting at FluidForm Inc. He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Carnegie Mellon University in the Regenerative Biomaterials Group led by Dr. Adam W. Feinberg, where he also received his Ph.D. in 2019. Dr. Lee is interested in the potential of using 3D bioprinting for tissue engineering, where he is developing application-specific bioprinting approaches for the fabrication of tissues with improved physiological functional readouts, with the goal of one day providing regenerative treatment options for patients. His Ph.D. work was focused on the 3D bioprinting of engineered muscles with biomimetic architectures and function.
