Gregory Ryan,
Senior Scientist
Greg Ryan is the Associate Director of Discovery Technologies at PTC Therapeutics, located in South Plainfield, NJ. He leads automation of discovery processes and oversees library compound management and high throughput screening operations. Dr. Ryan received his Ph.D. in the regulation of Hematopoietic gene expression from Adelaide University South Australia, at the Hanson Center for Cancer Research. As a post-doc and then ASH Fellow, Dr. Ryan studied hematopoietic cell development in the department of Development and Molecular Biology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx NY. Since then Dr. Ryan has worked for the last 14 years building research and discovery screening capacity in small pharma companies, including Psychogenics and Intra-cellular Therapies, both of which are in New York City NY.
