Robert Meagher is a staff scientist at Sandia National Laboratories. He is a chemical engineer by training, with research expertise in microfluidics, molecular diagnostics, and bioanalytical techniques. He is interested in problems of biological detection associated with biodefense, emerging infectious diseases, and national security.
