Currently, Dr Naveen Arora is Scientist at CSIR-Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (since 1995). He completed his Ph.D. in Bio-medical Sciences from Delhi University in 1989. He is a Member of WHO/IUIS Allergen nomenclature sub-committee and Fellow of ICAAI.
Dr Arora is the receipient of many Awards and honours namely Alexander von Humboldt Fellow (Germany); D.N. Shiv Puri award (ICAAI); M. Sundramma Young Scientist award; Goyal young Scientist award.
Dr Arora has 30 years of research experience; 132 publications in research journals; 39 Book Chapters ; 27 Patents.
He did his Research training from NIH, Bethesda, (1989-1995); USC Los Angeles, USA (1997, 1998 2000); Freiburg University, Germany (2002 and 2003)
He has many National (DBT, DST, ICMR, CSIR) and International (US-EPA, Indo-EU ERANET project) Projects. He completed around 12 Projects and currently working on 6 Projects. Dr Arora has guided 17 PhD Students and 6 Phd students are Currently enrolled with him.
