Microflidic CTCs capture and analysis by negative enrichment

Herein, we developed a microfluidic device for capturing CTCs and analysis without bias from whole blood by negative depletion of red blood cells (RBCs) and white blood cells (WBCs) off chip. The operation is ultimately easy and interested CTCs could be distinguished and retrieved for further molecular analysis.
