The Comparison Of MAMA PCR With SSCP PCR For Surveying Chromosomal Resistance (Or Point Mutation ) Against Ciprpfloxacin And Klebsiella Pneumoniae

K. pneumonia gyrA gene was detected in 100 K. pneumonia of the studied; The mutation was detected in 45 K. pneumonia resistant isolates with MIC values 12- >256 µg/ml) . were amplified by the sscp primers. There was 100% congruence with sscp PCR, MIC results and gyrA gene sequence analysis.In Iran the main mechanism for resistance to fluoroquinolones is an alteration in the gyrA .
