Founder President and CSO of PLC Diagnostics now founder & CEO of Proactive Diagnostics and the inventor of the Q-SENS bio-sensing technology. Building on 20 years of experience in the design and realization of Planar-Lightwave-Circuits (PLC) on silicon wafers, Dr. Duer engaged in building the next generation bio-sensing platform bridging between the semiconductor Silicon industry and Point-of-Care medical diagnostics.
