Sukhcharanjit Singh Thind's Biography

Sukhcharanjit Singh Thind, Professor, Punjab Agricultural University

Dr. Sukhcharan Jit Singh Thind is presently Professor of Food Technology at Punjab Agricultural University, Punjab, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Food Technology in 1995. He is serving as Hon. General Secretary Governing Council and Management Committees of G.H.G. Khalsa College, G.H.G. Khalsa College of Pharmacy and G.H.G. Khalsa College of Education, Ludhiana. He is a member of Board of Studies in Food Science and Technology of GNDU, Amritsar, CDLU, Sirsa during last few years and is also a member of BIS Sectional Committee on Meat and Meat Products for two tenures. Dr Thind has more than 80 Publications to his credit and has guided 13 M.Sc. and 2 PhD students.
