Alan Sandercock,
Scientist II,
MedImmune
I received my undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, followed by a PhD in Chemistry from Prof. Dudley Williams at the University of Cambridge. I subsequently spent five years as a post-doc in the lab of Prof Carol Robinson in Cambridge, where I applied mass spectrometry to study the formation of large non-covalent assemblies of proteins. In 2009 I moved to MedImmune, joining a team focussed on performing Phenotypic Screening to find novel targets for antibody therapeutics.
