Overview

SelectBIO welcomes you to The Space Summit Europe 2020 to be held September 10-11, 2020 at the Marriott Rotterdam -- Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The Space Summit Europe 2020 brings together the most up-to-date information on the deployment of life sciences technologies in space aboard the International Space Station (ISS).

The Space Summit Europe 2020 brings together speakers from various disciplines united by the opportunities to accelerate science and innovation through research in microgravity aboard the International Space Station (ISS).

In this summit, we bring the latest developments relating to stem cells, tissue chips in space, tissue engineering, mechanobiology and 3D-bioprinting in space.

The summit features academic as well as industry presentations from stakeholders in the field and invites companies to participate who are looking to develop technologies synergizing with the experiments aboard the ISS.

Jana Stoudemire (Space Tango) and Marc Giulianotti (International Space Station US National Laboratory) are the Co-Chairpersons of this Conference and we welcome delegates from across Europe and around the world.

The Summit features scientific presentations, presentations on technology, presentations from companies, a poster program to bring forth the most up-to-date developments and late-breaking research in the field plus exhibits from companies offering tools, technologies and services into the field.

This meeting is being held co-located and concurrently with the Microfluidics and Flow Chemistry Europe 2020 providing full access to all tracks to attendees thereby ensuring lots of scientific exchange and networking opportunities.

This conference was initially scheduled for June 18-19, 2020 but moved to September 10-11, 2020 due to the worldwide coronavirus pandemic.
