Any scientist using or considering the use of 3D cell culture and assay technologies will benefit from attending this course.
• Objectives
To appreciate the experimental advantages of growing cells in 3D culture- To understand the practical limitations of performing cell based assays in an automated environment- To evaluate methodological strategies that have been developed to overcome these limitations- To discuss and exchange ideas and experiences in a small informal group setting

• Topics and course organisationi) An overview of the main application areas of 3D assay and cell culture technologies.
