Accurate Detection of Circulating Tumor DNA: Application to the follow up of Cancer Patient

In this presentation, we will present how we have developed different strategies to detect blood circulating tumor DNA of patients with cancer. The application of these strategies to solve important challenges in personalized medicine. Results of retrospective and prospective studies will be presented. In particular, we will highlight the pertinence of the quantitative analysis of circulating tumor DNA to: (i) follow treatment efficiency for advanced cancer patients and (ii) detect early recurrence of cancer for localized cancer patients.
