Bioinformatics Tools for All: Free Software Tools for Designing Assays and NGS Data Analysis

SureDesign is a free web-based tool that enables the user to harness the flexibility of Agilent’s SurePrint oligo manufacturing technology in the creation of custom microarray designs, FISH probes and target enrichment oligo libraries, allowing the user design assays that are specific to their research needs. SureCall software allows clinical researchers to analyze, visualize, and contextualize NGS data from custom NGS panels or catalogue panels (including cancer and inherited diseases) using a single software application. SureCall is a key component of Agilent's NGS solution providing NGS data analysis and interpretation. Along with SureDesign, Agilent's custom design tool and the HaloPlex and SureSelect Target Enrichment panels this provides a complete workflow solution from customization of NGS panels to data analysis.
