Andrew Green, Senior Drug Discovery Specialist, Discoverx

Andrew is an experienced pharmacologist having worked in Pharma for over 20 years supporting preclinical programs; principally on GPCRs and small molecule discovery. Notable areas of research were receptor deorphanisation and study of GPCR heterodimerisation: he has published extensively in these fields and in his current role still takes a keen interest in new areas of research such ligand bias. For the last 5 years his role within DiscoverX Europe has been to provide scientific, drug discovery and technical expertise to the organization whilst interfacing with academia and commercial partners. Recent emphasis has been on developing partnerships focused on Biologics and large molecules across all stages of their research and development. He now also provides expertise on Bioseek’s phenotypic assay platform
