Christophe Antczak,
Assistant Director,
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
Christophe Antczak is the HTS Core Facility’s Assistant Director at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). He earned his PhD in molecular pharmacology and medicinal chemistry as a graduate student at Institut Curie (France), where he studied the involvement of ectopeptidase inhibitors on cell activation, and synthesized pro-drugs of a protease inhibitor for experimental tumor-targeted therapy. As a research fellow at MSKCC he designed novel self-immolative radioimmunoconjugates, and evaluated their pharmacology in vivo. At the HTS Core Facility since 2005, he has been responsible for assay development for multiple projects, and in his current position as Assistant Lab Member since 2010, Chris oversees small molecule screening and contributes his broad expertise to the discovery and development of cancer therapeutics in collaboration with MSKCC investigators.
