Adam Nelson,

Adam Nelson is Professor of Chemical Biology at the University of Leeds, with research interests in synthetic organic chemistry and chemical biology. He joined the academic staff at the University of Leeds in 1998, and was promoted to Professor of Chemical Biology in 2005. He was the Director of the Astbury Centre for Structural Molecular Biology (2009-2011), and currently holds an EPSRC Established Career Fellowship (2016-2021). His research has been recognised through the RSC Meldola Medal (2001), the Pfizer Academic Award (2002), the AstraZeneca Academic Award (2005) and the RSC Corday-Morgan Medal (2007).
