An original detection system composed of a fluorescent microscope and an automatic image acquisition was designed for the detection of PCR product of single cells. The system was applied to detect amplicon of novel PCR/RT-PCR of the genes using fluorescent probe. The genomic quantification of the isolated cells are described in this presentation. |
