Marina Guillet's Biography

Marina Guillet, Lab Director, TcLand Expression

Marina Guillet co-founded TcLand Expression. During her PhD thesis, she specialized in transplantation immunology and in particular in the T cell receptor regulation. In parallel, she attended two management courses (Nantes and Paris Dauphine). She is the author of patents related to an Immunomonitoring tool (TcLandscape) and biomarkers in transplantation. From 2002 to mid 2006, she was Chief Executive Officer of TcLand SA. She was honored by the French Research Ministry in 2002 when she received the special award for the most promising PhD – entrepreneur.

A nested study was performed to identify the most important sources of error. The technical variation due to the sampling/extraction, RT and qPCR steps appeared very low in regard to the biological variability for all genes analyzed
