This presentation will first overview the application of 3D bioprinting and microfabrication techniques to fabricate tissue-on-a-chip systems for in vitro drug testing and screening. I will then talk about strategies used in my lab for multimaterial integration, with applications in building a generic cancer metastasis model. Finally, key hypothesis and future directions are highlighted. |
