Alain Vertes, Director, Bio Duro

Dr Alain Vertès is a Sloan Fellow from London Business School and works as director of business development for BioDuro, a PPD company. With an international experience including at Roche, Pfizer, and Lilly, he gained valuable experience in managing strategic alliances and was a key player in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of novel technologies to further advance the drug discovery research paradigm. Bridging within the fields of big Pharma, investment, and contract research, he builds and develops strategic partnerships to focus on delivering innovative drug discovery technologies and collaboration models to BioDuro's clients. BioDuro, is a leading drug discovery service provider based in China with a focus on quality, research and innovation. With a broad range of capabilities in medicinal chemistry, scale-up chemistry, library chemistry, computational chemistry, discovery biology, in vivo pharmacology, drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) and biologics, BioDuro brings insight and seamless integration of drug discovery programs.
