Steven Titus's Biography



Steven Titus, Staff Scientist, NIH - NCATS

Steve currently works at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences in the High Content Imaging and Discovery group. He has over 20 years’ experience in both industry and academia, with particular emphasis in high throughput screening and high content analysis. His current research interests include high throughput and phenotypic screening, 3D imaging and analysis, and the design and implementation of next generation imaging technologies. He has published more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals and is a co-inventor of several patents.

Three dimensional imaging and analysis are becoming standard practice within the field of High Content Imaging. During the presentation, I will summarize many of the current trends and observations encountered with 3D imaging experiments from a practical perspective.
