Uusing examples within a Cell and Gene Therapy product development group, a case study of two analytical methods will be presented demonstrating the power of automation by quantifying the turn-around time reduction and sample throughput increase that was achieved by implementing specific and generalist laboratory automation devices. Quality, regulatory and end-point analysis considerations will also be discussed.
