Gökhan Ergin's Biography

Gökhan Ergin, Product Manager, CTA & Microfluidics, Dantec Dynamics A/S

Dr. Gökhan Ergin holds a BS degree (2000) from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey and MS/PhD degrees (2003/2005) from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He has worked for Dantec Dynamics headquarters in Copenhagen for 13+ years and currently works as Microfluidics product manager. He is also the head of the Dantec Microfluidics laboratory. He designs and develops optical measurement systems (such as µPIV) and maintains several research collaborations with universities and research institutes. His research collaborations are focused on two-phase flow microfluidics; micromixers, droplet based microfluidics, micro-drop irrigators, mobility of microorganisms, flow around marine animals and microrobots.
