Nilesh Jaiswal, R&D HME Lead(Formerly), Reckitt Benckiser

Mr.Nilesh Jaiswal, holds a Masters degree in Pharmacy with Pharmaceutics as specialization, from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi. He is a Pharmaceutical R&D professional with 17+ years of dedicated R&D experience coming from renowned & esteemed Pharmaceutical and Consumer healthcare companies. He has held leadership positions in R&D at country and regional levels, from past few years and his key research contributions are especially generic product development, life cycle management of consumer healthcare drug products (OTC) and developing novel drug delivery dosages/systems (especially lipid based). In his previous roles, he has been predominately responsible for generic product development intended for US & European markets, especially complex generics.
He currently holds 5 worldwide patents, because of his extensive work in NDDS formulations. He is an Ex- R&D HME Lead for Reckitt Benckiser, and has worked in leadership positions in companies like GSK Consumer Healthcare, Novartis, Sanofi, Dr. Reddy`s laboratories and Matrix Laboratories.He is uniquely experienced in guiding, on how best to navigate the challenges of generic product development of complex and NDDS projects. He has formulation development experience in vivid dosage forms (especially including Soft gels and Metered dose nasal sprays), & has hands-on led key challenging projects working with different organizations. He has not only limited his contributions to industrial research projects, but has also extended his intellect, by providing inputs on many research topics, as and when requested by CDSCO, India.
