Naveen Ramalingam's Biography

Naveen Ramalingam, Scientist II, Fluidigm Corporation

Naveen Ramalingam, Ph.D., is an applications development scientist at Fluidigm Corporation, since 2008. He was systems test lead for C1 Single-cell Auto Prep system, and recently part of biological applications development team for Polaris system. He has experience in product development, systems integration and validation. Prior to joining Fluidigm, he worked at National Cancer Centre, Singapore on a project to develop microfluidic nanochip for risk prediction of human hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence. He received his Ph.D. in microfluidics from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Masters in Molecular Engineering of Biological and Chemical Systems (MEBCS) from the Singapore-Massachusetts Institute of Technology Alliance (SMA), National University of Singapore, and Bachelors in Industrial Biotechnology from Centre for Biotechnology, Anna University, India.
