The presentation will try to show the abilities of poly(anhydride) nanoparticles to improve the oral bioavailability of anticancer drugs with poor permeability properties due to a presystemic metabolism (i.e paclitaxel). The resulting nanoparticles may be of interest to develop oral metronomic therapies.
