Yu Chen's Biography

Yu Chen, Scientist, Institute of Microelectronics (IME) A*STAR

Yu Chen received his M. Sc. in Physics in 2002 from Fudan University of China andPh.D. degree in Physics in 2008 from Boston University of United States. He is currently a Scientist at Institute of Microelectronics, A*STAR, Singapore. He has been working on designing and testing the micro/nano scale biomedical sensing device including silicon nanowires biosensor, capacitive nanogap sensor, micro electrode for cells counting and identification. His major research interest is the miniaturized electronics device for biomedical application.
