Jaehoon Chung received his B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Korea University in Korea in 1996 and 1998, respectively. In 2009 he received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at University of Minnesota – twin cities. Prior to his Ph.D. study, he served as a research scientist at LG Electronics. For his post-doctoral work, he served as a research fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. He is currently a scientist at Institute of Microelectronics in Singapore. His main research interest is the miniaturized biomedical devices for clinical translation, combining advances in microfluidics, electronics and nanotechnology.
