Mark Shannon, Senior Staff Scientist, Thermo Fisher Scientific

Mark Shannon is a Senior Staff Scientist in the Genetic Sciences Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dr. Shannon was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Oak Ridge and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, where he studied mammalian comparative genomics. He received a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
