In this presentation, we will review the contents covered in a new book being published by Wiley.  The book focuses on circulating tumor cells (CTCs), their isolation methods, clinical translation, and commercialization. Different CTC platforms will be compared in the talk.  In addition, we will present our results on integrating aptamers, antibodies, nanoparticles with microfluidics for tumor cell isolation, as well as on anticancer treatment monitoring using CTCs.
