Biological particles often explored in this size range include bacteria, viruses, extracellular vesicles, and exosomes. This analysis tool has become more prevalent due to its high-throughput and multiparametric capabilities. In this presentation and accompanying application note we describe the ability of the CytoFLEX SRT cell sorter to sort nanoscale samples including bead controls, bacteria, and virus-like particles. |
