The main focus is on the manufacturing technologies Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) and Injection Molding as scalable processes for high volume manufacturing. Both technologies have their individual strengths and technical restrictions which are discussed along different examples for plasmonic applications especially for biosensor applications. |
