Not only but especially for applications requiring nanometer precision, it is of high importance to control the manufacturing processes like molding and bonding, but also set up proper characterization techniques to ensure continuous quality. We will show the realization and implementation using the example of Cytovale’s IntelliSep® chip having the need of microfluidic channels with nanometer precision for Sepsis Diagnostics. |
