Babak Mosavati's Biography

Babak Mosavati, Researcher, Florida Atlantic University

Babak is a Ph.D student in Mechanical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University. His current research is development of organ-on-a-chip device with integrated electrochemical biosensors for study of nutrient transport. He had participated in research projects include microbubbles and droplets-based microfluidics approach to study of microfluidics droplet/bubble generation and its applications for Cell encapsulation and culture, gas-water-oil interactions between the interfaces under CCS and EOR reservoirs-specific conditions, carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) and enhanced oil recovery (EOR).
