Theral is an active mentor in Silicon Valley for those seeking careers in science and or media. Theral and his business partner, Ayanna Monteverdi, offer consulting courses in PR, marketing, strategic planning, and conflict resolution. Theral serves on the advisory board for BioConference Live, the largest online conference producer in the life sciences. Mr. Timpson has over 15 years experience establishing and growing companies in the life science industry, including President and Co-Founder of Consumer Genetics and Vice President of Marketing at Medax International. He received training from the E. Goldratt Institute in Theory of Constraints and holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Utah. Theral and his business partner, Ayanna Monteverdi, are currently writing a book that offers scientists training in PR and communication.
