Greg is currently the Director of Business Development and Technical Affairs at MDxHealth. As a biochemist his career has mainly been at the bench developing biomarkers into manufacturable and reproducible tests for the market. He has been in the diagnostics industry for nearly 25 years and has been the lead project manager in the development of multiple FDA approved/cleared tests ranging from one of the first HIV blood screening tests to Oncology products. Prior to his current position at MDxHealth, Greg worked at Organon Teknika, bioMerieux and consulted for several smaller biotech companies. In addition to his BD role at MDxHealth, Greg is also the program manager for a CDx program in glioblastoma therapy.

This panel will attempt to discuss the pathway to commercialization of an oncology biomarker. Many oncology biomarkers have been identified as potential tools for screening, prognosis and/or companions to a therapeutic approach. Whether developed for use in a single laboratory or developed as a commercially available kit, the panel will share their insight and experiences with biomarker development, including opportunities in NGS-based diagnostics.
