Annemarijn Steijlen,

Annemarijn Steijlen was born in Nijmegen, the Netherlands in 1993. She received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering (both cum laude) from Delft University of Technology. Annemarijn’s main research interests are biomedical sensors and wearable sensor technology. She is currently a PhD researcher in the Electronic Instrumentation Laboratory of the TU Delft, where she works on sensor technology for unobtrusive athlete monitoring. Her work mainly focusses on the design, development and validation of novel devices for sweat biomarker monitoring.
