Manuel Loskyll,
Researcher,
Robert Bosch GmbH
Manuel is currently a PhD student at Robert Bosch GmbH focusing on the implementation of digital quantification methods into point-of-care systems. The work is supervised by Prof. Dr. Andreas Guber from the Institute of Microstructure Technology (IMT) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He studied microsystems engineering at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg and obtained his master’s degree after completing his thesis at Fraunhofer Institute for Physical Measurement Techniques (IPM) in 2019. While studying, he worked several years as student assistant at the Laboratory for MEMS Applications of the Department of Microsystems Engineering (IMTEK) and at Hahn Schickard. During this time, he discovered his interest in microfluidics as well as lab-on-chip technologies and co-authored a paper in “Microelectronic Engineering."
