Charlie Yeo received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the California State University, Los Angeles in 1991. He went to work at The Scripps Research Institute at La Jolla till 1993 before he pursued his PhD at the Department of Immunology in the School of Medicine at the University of Washington, Seattle. Currently, Charlie Yeo is the Senior Research Officer at the Sarawak Biodiversity Centre, a state government research agency with a focus on natural products research.
