We investigated the similarity of cancer by detecting SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman spectroscopy) from exosomes. By acquiring comprehensive exosomal signals, it is practicable to diagnose cancer without specific bio-markers. However, these signals are complex to analyze with ease. It is feasible to diagnose cancer by evaluating the similarity of the exosome by analyzing it through deep-learning.
